1 1/2 -2 kg (with out skin, divided into 4 pieces)
Lemon Juice/Vinegar
1/2 cup / 8 table spoon
Yogurt (whipped)
1 cup / 200g
Butter /Ghee /Oil
1/2 cup / 75g (melted)
Mehran Tandoori Masala

Apply deep cuts on each chicken piece.

In yogurt add 2-3 table spoon oil/ ghee/ butter, lemon juice and Mehran Tandoori Masala, mix well and apply on each chicken piece evenly. Marinate for 2-3 hours, keep at a cool place.

Put each piece on skewer and grill on low heat on coal/gas fire. Apply butter/ghee/oil on each side and turn the skewer to heat evenly, until meat becomes tender.

Or Preheat oven to 180 Degree Centigrade, place the chicken in a tray. Apply butter/ghee/oil on each side. Grill for 40-45 minutes, until meat becomes tender.

Remove from heat when it turns light brown.

Cooking Suggestion:

Serve with Fresh salad, Chutney, Onions, Tomatoes and Lemon. Serve for 6-8 persons.
