Steps of Cooking
1 kg (with bones)
1 cup / 200g
1 1/2 table spoon
2 coarsely chopped
Red Chilli (whole)
1 table spoon (chopped)
3/4 - 1 cup
Mehran Mutton Stew Masala
Heat the oil/ghee, add onions and fry till they turn transparent. Take out the half onion and keep aside.
Now add meat fry well for 5-6 minutes and add tomato, ginger, garlic, yogurt, red chilli, and Mehran stew / Do piaza Masala fry for few minutes. Now add 3-4 cups of water, cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender.
Add remaining onion, cook for 15 minutes and remove.
Garnish with green coriander, green chilli and ginger julienne.
Serve with Nan, chapatti or plain boiled rice.
