Onion (medium)

Yougurt (whipped)
1 cup / 200g
Ginger (chopped)
1 1/2 table spoon
Garlic cloves

2 coarsely chopped
Red Chilli (whole)

1 table spoon (chopped)
Oil/Ghee
3/4 - 1 cup
Mehran Mutton Stew Masala

Heat the oil/ghee, add onions and fry till they turn transparent. Take out the half onion and keep aside.

Now add meat fry well for 5-6 minutes and add tomato, ginger, garlic, yogurt, red chilli, and Mehran stew / Do piaza Masala fry for few minutes. Now add 3-4 cups of water, cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender.

Add remaining onion, cook for 15 minutes and remove.

Cooking Suggestion:

Garnish with green coriander, green chilli and ginger julienne. Serve with Nan, chapatti or plain boiled rice.
