Onion (medium)

Yogurt (whipped)
1-1 1/4 cup/200-250g
Ginger paste
1 table spoon
Garlic paste
1 table spoon
Green chili
2-3 (finely chopped)
Ginger (julienne)
1 table spoon
Lemon juice
1 table spoon
Fresh milk
1/4 cup
Almond paste
12-14 (peeled)
Oil/ Ghee
1 cup
Mehran White Qorma Masala
1 packet

Heat the oil/ghee, fry onions till they turn light golden. Take out and grind with yogurt and keep aside.

In the same oil/ghee, add meat and ginger and garlic paste and fry. Now add chopped green chili, grinded onion and yogurt mixture and Mehran White Qorma Masala. Mix well, cover and cook on medium heat till meat becomes tender and oil separates.

Add almond paste and milk. Mix well and cook. Now add required water for gravy and cook for few minutes, at the end add lemon juice and remove.

Cooking Suggestion:

Garnish with almonds and ginger julienne. Serve with Nan, Taftan or Plain boiled rice. Serve for 6-8 persons.
