2 table spoon (chopped)
Lemon juice
1 -2 table spoon (as required
Fresh cream
1 1/2 table spoon
Oil/ Ghee
3/4 -1 cup
Mehran Chicken White Karahi Masala

Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, finely chopped green chili, lemon juice and Mehran Chicken White Karahi Masala, mix well and keep aside for 25 -30 minutes.

Heat the oil /ghee fry onion for a minute then add the marinated chicken. Fry for 3-4 minutes and add ý cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat for10-15 minutes.

When meat becomes tender and oil separates add whole green chili, ginger julienne and cream. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, then add green coriander and remove. Add more lemon juice as required.

Cooking Suggestion:

Garnish with ginger julienne and green coriander. Serve with Nan or chapatti. Serve for 6-8 persons.
